As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation is dedicated to the health and welfare of animals at the Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center. When animals require extra care—whether it’s medical treatment, rehabilitation, or recovery—we step in to provide the support they need to heal and thrive. We also fund enrichment programs that make the shelter a more comfortable, stimulating place for our residents.
