The 10th Annual Pets Rocks event is in the books!

On August 8th the Foundation celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Pets Rock... an event created by Foundation ambassador Pet Kelly, from ROck 102.

To say it was a HOT and humid is an understatement, but our community of compassionate supporters came out and enjoyed an afternoon fun, all for the TJO animals.

Attendees enjoyed live music from Tough Customer, The Berkshires, and Project 267, with Rock 102’s Pat Kelly serving as host for the day. The event also featured raffles, local vendors, food trucks, and plenty of TJO fans who gathered to enjoy the dog-friendly festivities. In addition, attendees donated pet food, treats, and supplies to benefit the Foundation’s Pet Food Initiative.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the bands The Berkshires, Tough Customer, and Project 267 who delivered an incredible Summer concert. To the food trucks Madd Eatz , Sweet Treats 413, & Squirrel!! - A Dog Bistro who generously fed our patrons, and their pups!. Thank you to GG Inks for printing our event t-shirts and banner. Thank you Pat Kelly, HydroDog, Rent-a-Tent, our vendors, and volunteers; we could not have done this without you.

We had some awesome raffle prizes donated from friends & vendors, including a dumpster rental from Affordable Waste Solutions and a Stanley cooler from Dogwalkers Pre-Rolls!

Because of you, the Foundation raised over $13,000 for our mission, making this the most successful Pets Rock to date! Everyone who contributed to the day helped us get closer to our goal of expanding the TJO clinic to provide low-cost spay/neuter services (which we are hoping to start in 2027)!
